🌿 Focus on our eco-responsible commitments and green logistics
1. An environmental approach at the heart of our mission
At Green Negoce, our ecological commitment is not a marketing trend, but a true company philosophy. Since our creation, we have strived to rethink the trade of technical products — plumbing, heating, maintenance, tools — from a sustainable perspective. Our mission: to make professional equipment more responsible, without compromising on performance or reliability.
Concretely, this means acting on three levers:
- Selection: choosing brands that innovate in eco-designed manufacturing processes.
- Logistics optimization: reducing the carbon footprint linked to transport and packaging.
- Awareness: guiding our customers towards more sustainable and repairable solutions.
2. Less waste, more reuse
Waste reduction starts in our warehouses. Rather than systematically disposing of packaging materials received from our suppliers, we reuse them as much as possible. Solid cardboard boxes, paper void fillers, and even pallets are reused in our shipments or redistributed to local partners.
This circular logistics approach allows for:
- reducing our need for new packaging by up to 30%,
- reducing industrial waste volumes,
- extending the lifespan of already produced materials.
3. Raising customer awareness of responsible consumption
Selling a sustainable product is good. But providing information on its proper use and on responsible purchasing choices is even better. We place education at the heart of our customer relationship: through practical guides, blog articles, and advice sheets integrated into our product pages.
Instead of replacing an entire piece of equipment, we encourage targeted repair: a gasket, a fitting, or a suitable sealant can often be enough to extend the life of an installation.
We also make our customers aware of impulsive or excessive purchases: ordering products "just in case" often leads to returns, which generate additional costs, discarded packaging, and an unnecessary carbon footprint. Our goal is to show that thinking about one's needs before buying saves money, reduces waste, and limits the environmental impact of online commerce.
This approach has a dual benefit:
- Economic: less unnecessary spending, fewer returns and logistical costs.
- Ecological: less waste and emissions related to transport and packaging.

We believe that a well-informed customer becomes an agent of change. Every thoughtful purchase is a step towards more sustainable and responsible commerce.
4. Reducing the energy consumption of our premises
Sustainability starts at the source: our own facilities. We have undertaken a complete energy audit to identify high-impact consumption items. Since then, several concrete actions have been deployed:
- Replacement of lighting with low-consumption LED lights with motion detectors.
- Heating regulation with smart thermostats and independent zones.
- Reinforced insulation of storage areas to limit heat loss.
We are also reducing our digital footprint:
- Website optimization for shorter loading times and lower server-side consumption.
- Hosting on a 100% renewable energy infrastructure.
5. Responsible and transparent e-commerce
Online commerce represents a major ecological challenge: packaging, returns, transport, servers... But at Green Negoce, we have chosen to transform this challenge into an opportunity.
Our main areas of action:
- Transparency: our customers can consult our delivery conditions and our green partners.
- Digital eco-design: optimized site to limit queries and heavy images.
- Ethical delivery: collaboration with low-carbon transport companies such as GLS France.
6. A long-term vision
Our commitments do not stop at packaging or logistics. We are building a sustainable strategy over several years, based on three pillars:
- Green innovation: integration of new eco-designed ranges such as salt-free anti-scale systems or biodegradable lubricants.
- Local partnerships: collaboration with regional SMEs to reduce transport and support the circular economy.
- Offsetting and reforestation: participation in programs such as Reforest'Action to offset our residual emissions.
Our ambition is simple: to make Green Negoce a benchmark for sustainable professional commerce, where technical performance and ecological awareness go hand in hand. The future of construction and DIY will be green, and we are proud to be a driving force.
