Radial type brass metal crimp fittings for PEX or PB synthetic material pipes.

Main function:

The SERTIpress radial press tee is a T-shaped connecting piece that allows three tubes to be connected (usually to distribute or divert a fluid such as water).

IMPLEMENTATION:

Fittings can only be fitted to a straight section of pipe; it is therefore necessary to straighten the pipe before fitting and crimping the fitting. The pipe must be cut using a pipe cutter (a saw blade is not recommended) to obtain a square cut.

The assemblies must be made as follows:

1. Cut the tube cleanly and perpendicularly with a tube cutter,
2. Check that the set of dies corresponds to the diameter of the tube to be crimped (DN engraved on the dies),
3. Mount the socket on the tube and insert the insert fully into the tube,
4. Place the crimping assembly into the tool head and close the head,
5. Proceed with the crimping operations.

Crimping operations must be carried out using specific tools. The PINK2 , PINPFL and PINMR crimping machines are validated for carrying out the assembly. Crimping footprint: Rfz .
